The van section of the decision sets two separate bans for 27 central avenues and boulevards. For a food-carrying van the morning ban starts at 08.00, for a non-food van at 06.30; the evening ban from 15.00 to 21.00 is the same for both.

The daytime window lasts five hours; the eleven-hour night window only helps if the delivery point accepts goods at that hour.
The vehicle class on the registration decides which line applies, and the street of the delivery point is then looked up in the list. The decision repealed the relevant articles of decisions 2006/09, 2016/14, 2016/17 and 2018/138 as well as decision 2024/79, so round plans built on those texts have nothing left to stand on.
When the timetable sets the round, the kit chosen for ice cream distribution has to be built around the same table.
