Lift delivery planning includes load rating, access permission and waiting flow as well as fit. Confirm building conditions with management or the recipient instead of assuming them.

Obtain car interior width, depth and height, clear door opening and threshold dimensions. Verify permitted load with building information.

Compare the container's moving external dimensions, load weight and maneuvering space. If tilting or transferring product to another container is planned, approve the risk and hygiene procedure in advance.

Add goods-lift booking, access card, delivery point and closure hours to the address record. Agree an owner and fallback flow with the recipient.

On a trial delivery, record vehicle-to-building time, queues, lid openings and product measurement conditions. Apply product limits from its own specification.

If delays recur, revise booking, equipment or batch size using route data; do not treat a generic waiting period as a product-safety limit.
