Total stock alone does not determine pack availability. Daily use, return time, washing and drying, and the cabinet's model capacity must be planned together.
Record the number of packs loaded for each route and its departure time. Separately log returned-pack receipt, cleaning, drying and freezer-entry times.
Follow the maker's loading arrangement and readiness criterion. Overloading a cabinet or arranging packs contrary to instructions can make cycle time unpredictable.
At morning dispatch, check each pack's readiness using the same method. A cold outer surface alone does not replace the maker's defined readiness criterion.
Log waiting and shortfalls by shift. Use the records to distinguish a freezing, washing or return-time bottleneck.
Test cabinet investment or extra-stock decisions against actual cycle records; confirm capacity and operating conditions in the equipment documents.
