Do not compare cooling-pack rental and purchase by unit price alone. First confirm which plate model serves each product/container, packs needed per trip and available preparation capacity.

Use records to map active trips, return times for rented or owned packs, cleaning and preparation/freezing cycles. In current dated quotes, list deposit, loss/damage, pickup/delivery, maintenance, storage, preparation equipment and off-season fees on the same scope.

Calculate total cost for the same period and use scenario; show assumptions, idle stock and capacity constraints separately. Recollect cycle data if peak demand changes. Revisit the result when contract terms or actual use change.
