In cross-docking, loading sequence must account for route stops and product requirements together. First-drop goods need access while load security is maintained.

For each vehicle and round, show stop order, product group or lot, pallet or container ID and loading position on a diagram. Take handling and segregation rules for sensitive goods from product instructions.

Check vehicle capacity, weight distribution, restraint points and access needs against vehicle documents and site procedure. If sequence conflicts with load security, obtain approval from the fleet or site owner.

On a trial round, record arrival, door opening and closing, unloading duration and any restacking at each stop. If product measurement is required, use the point and method in product procedure.

Review stops with confusion, delay or product deviation with the driver. Update the written layout and revalidate it before use with a different vehicle or product group.
