Ambient temperature can affect heat transfer at a carrier surface; the product inside also responds to design, load and operating conditions. Do not calculate duration from one temperature difference.

Record the ambient profile. Timestamp air temperature alongside sun or shade, wind, vehicle waiting and lid openings.

Separate internal and external points

Keep ambient sensor, carrier surface and product-zone readings distinct. Note any change in sensor position or load layout.

Match seasonal comparisons

Compare warm and cooler trials with similar product, fill and route conditions. Do not derive a ratio or duration formula from one run.

Update the operation

If records show deviations, trial a change to loading time, waiting location or route. Recheck with the same measurement setup afterward.
