Define states to match the site's actual flow, such as empty-ready, picking, sealed for dispatch, with courier, awaiting return and washing. Timestamp each transition and record cancellations or loss separately.

Review actual cycle time alongside order volume and the wash queue. Pilot a picking window or return scan based on the measured bottleneck; do not publish a fixed turnaround or fleet ratio.
