An insulated container may carry different loads, but suitability depends on temperature need, contact risk and transport rules. Assess each non-food load separately.

Get product instructions

Obtain written transport range, monitoring and packaging conditions from the owner of the sample, electronic part or chemical.

Check compatibility and separation

For chemicals, review the safety data sheet and applicable transport conditions. Keep food containers and areas separate from non-food loads under company procedure.

Record a transport trial

Note model, divider, starting conditions, sensor location and route events. If instructions require monitoring, agree the acceptance method with the product owner.

Keep the use history. Record container ID, previous load, cleaning or separation step and receiver. Get specialist review before dispatch if conditions are unclear.
