Identify every container; match order line, menu/product group, allergen information and any seal number in the manifest. Keep sensitive products separate as directed by the inspection team.

Record queue, inspection start/end and handover times. Compare these with product transport conditions and equipment trials, then agree a written delay plan with the site; do not bypass security checks.
