Planning a long Central Anatolia route with one driver

Use route data to assess driving, rest, delivery and backup feasibility, not distance alone.

Short answer

Do not plan from map time alone: include loading, rest and delivery steps, actual traffic data and applicable driving-rest rules. Confirm receiver windows and safe stops. If one-driver scheduling is infeasible, arrange a team, transfer or different service; assign logger monitoring and escalation ownership.

A long route's suitability for one driver cannot be judged from kilometres alone. Include actual loading and traffic times, delivery windows and current driving-rest rules.

Add safe rest locations, parking, communications coverage and a backup driver or transfer option to the route plan. Schedule monitoring required by product procedure.

Review departure, rest, arrival and deviation records from comparable tours. If one-driver conditions cannot be met, change the service plan and record approval and escalation owners.
