Record the difference by line
Enter order and delivery-note references, product or lot label, expected and observed quantity, detection time and person notified. Attach an image if the issue is a document or barcode.
State wait location and condition. Record whether goods wait on the vehicle, in a closed container or in the receiving area. If measuring, link device ID, location, time and result to the incident record.
Follow the parties' decision process
Refer partial acceptance, reloading or holding options to authorized store and carrier owners. Record approver, decision time and container condition.
