Seafood transport needs a plan for product conditions, possible liquid leaks and cleaning after return. Assess a container's technical features alongside its use and care instructions.

Verify features in the documentation

Ask Aris Makina for current GEBHARDT documents on the inner tray, drain valve, surface material and cleaner compatibility. Follow the product instructions for use.

Trial the actual route

Record product condition at loading and receipt, lid openings, waiting and any observed leak. Keep air readings separate from product measurements and compare results with your product procedure.

Inspect after each run

Empty and clean the tray and drain under the maker's instructions. Check for residue, damage or blockage and record the result before the next load.

Fit the operation

Add the unloading area and container waiting location to plans for fish-market, restaurant or store deliveries. Arrange an appropriate collection route for drained liquid.

If the business procedure moves different product groups in one container, confirm cleaning and separation steps with the food safety lead.
