Line requirements
Request the interface drawing and written acceptance criteria from the line supplier.
Dimensions and base. Match outside dimensions, base contact and tolerance to the drawing.
Measure empty and with a representative load.
Clearance and scanning
Check lid, handle and latch clearance around moving parts.
Confirm barcode location and reading with the line supplier.
On a line trial, record slipping, jams and scan results.
Do not approve an order before written criteria are met.
