Measure the ground, pallet and container floor at the same time. Evaluate a riser for cleaning and handling as well as temperature readings.
With a representative load, compare floor contact and a raised setup on the same surface under matching dwell conditions. Place calibrated sensors at suitable floor and load points and log times. Also check tipping, lifting, contamination and cleaning risks; apply results only to the tested setup.
Rather than assuming floor-insulation performance, measure the ground, container floor and load in the same trial. Record sun, shade and dwell time too.
If testing a pallet or wheeled support, compare it with the same load and surface. Keep sensor positions consistent and have the quality lead set product criteria.
Alongside temperature data, check stability, lifting method and under-floor cleanliness. Results apply only to the measured surface, load and layout.
