Do not plan winter trip duration or tyre schedules from fixed assumptions. Verify current vehicle rules, fleet service plans and your route records separately.
For each vehicle, enter tyre or service date, unavailable time, reserve vehicle or capacity and trip assignment in the fleet calendar. Check legal scope and dates against current official sources.
For the same route, record departure and arrival, stops and waits, weather-related delays and product handoff reading. When comparing seasons, note differences in day, load, driver and route.
Compare product conditions and delivery window with validated container and vehicle performance. If they do not cover added delay, update route, appointments or backup vehicle plan with operations.
Do not infer transport conditions from tyres or weather alone. Preserve product records in a deviation and consult quality; assessment must follow current product and fleet procedures.
