Litres alone do not give usable crate count; interior geometry and accessories also affect fit. Do not confuse outside and inside dimensions.
From the manufacturer drawing, identify internal floor size, height, doorway opening and space taken by rails or shelves. Measure the actual outside dimensions of the crate or tray you use.
Place crates in a scaled layout in their planned orientation and stack, then physically trial a sample where possible. Check clearance for plates, shelves, handles and door movement.
Assess capacity by product quantity, loaded crate weight, access and safe handling, not volume alone. Verify model load limits from the manufacturer's document.
When requesting quotes, send crate type, arrangement drawing, doorway path and accessory configuration alongside litres. Record the layout and measurement reference in the order approval.
