How to validate a chilled packout for motorcycle delivery

Check bag capacity, coolant, separator, restraint and route time in one trial.

Short answer

Use a bag or top box approved under the courier and carrier requirements. Trial the product-matched coolant, separator and restraint with a real load; place a logger beside the product and track delivery time. If readings leave the target range, redesign the load or route; do not use a universal stop or time limit.

Build the pack around product requirements

Choose product quantity, coolant and separator together. Follow product instructions on whether coolant may touch the goods. Keep hot and chilled items in separate closed compartments and eliminate space where the load can move.

Run a trial with a representative load. Place a logger beside the product; record route, stops, waiting, lid openings and delivery times. Include pack conditions before loading and product reading on arrival in the form.

The result applies only to the tested bag, load, route and conditions. If the target range is not maintained, change stops, quantity or delivery method and measure again. Do not set a general operating time or stop count without product-owner and carrier approval.
