Before asking for a custom body, establish whether the mismatch comes from dimensions, layout or fit-out.
Measure the clear doorway, threshold, turning space and usable interior dimensions of the vehicle or line on site. Compare the standard model's outside dimensions and the intended castor or pallet base in the same sheet.
If standard sizes and options do not meet the need, send the manufacturer a dimensioned drawing, required volume, product/loading method, access direction and cleaning conditions. Mark body connections, lid movement and accessory clearances.
Before quotation, request written technical feasibility, the dimensions that will govern manufacture and approval of the drawing revision. Acceptance of a custom size or compatibility with standard parts is not automatic.
A dimension request with no match in the standard programme goes to the factory, and Isotec supply in Türkiye covers both the hand-over and the answer that returns.
Recheck the approved drawing against actual site clearances; where practical, trial loading and turning with an empty unit. Attach the approved revision to the order.
