Record exposure and location
Link lid-open and close times, stop location, weather, product or lot ID and product-level reading in one record. Also note plate type and preparation status.
Compare safely and repeatably
Where the approved procedure permits, measure alternate setups with the same product, load and route. If product limits could be breached, do not turn a live shipment into a trial; use a controlled representative load or designated transfer point.
