A phase-change plate absorbs and releases heat; its stated energy alone does not determine plate count for a route.

Find the exact model data

Verify product code, phase-change information, energy value and use conditions in the datasheet. Do not substitute a similar-looking plate's value.

Record application inputs

Log carrier model, load and fill, preparation state, ambient conditions, waiting duration and opening pattern. Note which inputs may vary.

Verify with a representative trial. Record product-zone temperature over time on the real route and load. Document plate and sensor locations with a sketch or photo.

Use results within scope

The trial guides planning under similar conditions; it is not a universal capacity formula. Analyse again for a different load or season.
