Catalogue data describes a tested configuration; establish whether it applies to your shipment by matching conditions.

Read the report scope

Identify model and accessories, load type and amount, starting conditions, ambient profile, lid openings and sensor location.

Check whether test method and acceptance criteria are defined in the report. Ask the supplier about gaps.

Run a field trial

Use a load close to the actual product and route with the same model and conditioning. Record dwell, openings, loading and delivery times.

Take product-sensor and logger readings at points in the approved measurement plan; record instrument ID and calibration status.

Compare the results correctly. List differences between catalogue test and field measurements. Have quality and technical owners assess whether each difference matters.

Do not generalize to another product, route or configuration; reverify when scope changes.

A temperature figure alone does not prove that a product stays at that temperature throughout shipment.
