Label volume alone does not show which order will fit. Cold sources, liner and clearance take space.

Trial the actual load

List packs for one run. Arrange actual sizes in the sample and check that the zip closes without compression.

Measure the layout

Record pack count and orientation in a sketch. Mark the planned cold-source position.

Measure the loaded order envelope if needed. Trial transfer into the carrier.

Retest when orders change

Record full and partial orders as separate scenarios.

Do not assume one pack layout suits every load.

Calculate quantity from layout

Count bags needed for the standard pack set on each route.

List returning, cleaning and reserve bags as separate states.

Volume appears on a label; the carrying layout is checked in a sample.
