Manage an inter-branch transfer like a delivery. Before dispatch, record lot, quantity, product requirements and transport arrangement; at receipt, add time, reading and recipient.
An insulated container or cold source must follow the procedure set for the product and route. A short distance or frozen plate alone does not prove suitability.
Refer any deviation to the quality lead for product disposition. If transfers recur, review branch ordering and transfer plans instead of treating each as markdown or waste.
