Shelf and plate placement in one container can create different temperature zones; that does not mean there are two independent regimes. Product instructions and measurements under a real load determine suitability.

Write down product conditions first

For each product, obtain target conditions, permitted variation, route duration and delivery order from approved product documents. Check whether the products share an acceptable range.

Build the layout with a trial load

Diagram plate type and location, shelf levels, divider and product quantity. Place sensors at representative upper and lower product locations and record device IDs and calibration status.

Compare records on the route

Compare traces at each location with product instructions during a representative route and lid openings. An upper-to-lower gradient alone is not proof of suitability.

The shelves and rails needed to build this layout are ordered together with the GEBHARDT Isotec TBX.

If either product's conditions are not met, adjust the layout and repeat the trial, or carry products in separate containers/trips. Document results with product mix and loading method.
