A GN label gives a tray's footprint. Depth is chosen separately at 20, 40, 65, 100, 150 or 200 mm; a deep tray holds more product but fewer trays fit in the container.
| GN | Footprint (mm) |
|---|---|
| 1/1 | 530 x 325 |
| 1/2 | 325 x 265 |
| 1/3 | 325 x 176 |
| 1/4 | 265 x 162 |
Choose the container to suit the trays the kitchen already uses; the other way round you run two systems every day. The TBX 725 is 604 x 809 mm inside: a GN 1/1 footprint fits the width with 74 mm to spare, and runners, lid and finger clearance come out of that gap. Ask Aris Makina for the layout drawing by model code to see how many trays fit with which fittings.
Trial with a loaded tray
Put your own tray, with its lid, into a sample and lift the loaded tray out with a gloved hand while the neighbouring trays are in place. Finger room, the opening and any need to tilt the tray do not show with an empty one. Record the tested tray and shelf arrangement in the order file and repeat the trial if the model changes.
