Route software’s distance and estimated time do not by themselves show door events or where a load waits. Collecting these details in the same round record lets you test which sequence fits your operation.

Link route events to product records. At each stop, record arrival and departure, door opening and closing times, compartment readings and product group delivered. Keep sensor position and method consistent. Door count alone does not determine the temperature exposure of the load.

Trial a sequence change in a controlled way. For comparable rounds, compare stop order with product readings, delivery delays and any quality reports. If closed, identified containers are used, record that flow too. If one layout appears better, check it again on different days and load conditions.

Refer recurring deviations to the quality lead. Decide whether to release goods from product requirements and authorised review, not stop count or vehicle air.
