GEBHARDT's table lists different bodies such as 480×280×34 mm and 615×378×34 mm under separate article codes. Apply dimensions only to the relevant code; catalogue data alone does not prove container fit or safe load capacity.
Check rail length and spacing, retainer design, interior layout and access during loading. Record plate/container codes, tare and loaded weight, handling method and the approved installation arrangement in the purchase note.
Fit and remove a representative plate in the actual container under controlled conditions; observe force, movement, unwanted contact with product and lid closure. Plate quantity and thermal adequacy require a separate loaded route trial; do not derive hold time from a dimension table.
