34 mm is the thickness shared by all seven eutectic plates GEBHARDT lists on gebhardt.eu. Melting point, body size and article number are what tell the plates apart.
| Melting point | Freezing temperature | Article number (body, mm) |
|---|---|---|
| -3 °C | -8 °C | 1006919 and 0004655 (480 × 280), 0044439 (615 × 378) |
| -14 °C | -19 °C | 0047068 (480 × 280) |
| -18 °C | -23 °C | 6081958 (480 × 280) |
| -21 °C | -26 °C | 0074699 (480 × 280), 0074675 (615 × 378) |
GEBHARDT asks for a freezing temperature at least 5 °C below the melting point and an air gap between plates; freezing takes 8 to 24 hours. Inside an Isotec container the plates sit on holder rails or a grid floor. Thickness alone does not say whether a plate fits a given container; the container model and its rail layout do. Tell us the container model and we confirm the fit with GEBHARDT.
