An insulated carrier does not replace product preparation or cooling. Verify warm loading against the product and equipment instructions.
Match the two procedures. Obtain required preparation and transport conditions from the product owner. Check permitted carrier use and loading arrangement in the manufacturer's instructions.
Keep batch-level records
Record preparation time, loading time, product reading and instrument against the batch identity. Add the arrival reading to the same record.
Escalate deviations
If instructions conflict or a reading falls outside the specified condition, do not proceed on assumption. Send records to quality staff and follow the authorised acceptance procedure.
