Have a trainer compare vehicle and carrier checks, load-to-document matching, secure loading, signed handoff and exception reporting with the site SOP.
Record completed steps, retraining needs and observation date on a checklist. Practice and reobserve missed tasks; require trainer and manager sign-off before solo assignment.
