Branch count alone does not determine purchasing criteria. Map product, vehicle, storage and staff conditions at each site; assess a single site's local need separately from coordination across a shared purchase.
Compare offers side by side using the same configuration, model code, accessories, delivery and service scope. Weigh the convenience of shared training, spares and records against local adaptation costs. Do not assume model continuity or a volume price without a written offer.
Run a limited pilot at different site types first. Record load fit, user feedback, fault/service response and return flow on one form. Set shared standards and permitted site variations after the pilot.
