Map technical-document terms to parts and floor names

Match the translation to model, image and local part name; link the instruction revision to the equipment.

Short answer

Find each document term on the exact model and parts drawing, then place its technical equivalent beside the name used by the crew in a short glossary. Add a photo or part code and instruction revision. If a term is unclear, do not guess at maintenance; ask the supplier or technical owner to confirm and update the floor card.

A word-for-word translation of a foreign-language instruction may not explain the part names used on the floor. Make the glossary useful by linking it to the specific equipment model and drawing.

Keep three names together

For each row, record the source-document term, technical Turkish equivalent and local name used by staff. Add a photo, drawing reference or spare-part code for an unclear component.

Record model and revision

Identify equipment model, serial range and manual document number or revision in the table heading. Do not assume the same term refers to the same part on another model.

Verify floor use

Have an operator and maintenance owner check the glossary against the actual part. Ask your supplier about unclear instructions; date the confirmed term and update the floor card and training copy.
