Void space can affect internal air movement and load restraint; filling it arbitrarily does not guarantee performance.

Check the loading arrangement

Transfer model instructions for shelves, air channels, plate placement and lid clearances to a loading diagram.

Prevent product movement; any filler must be product-compatible and approved in the procedure.

Compare with sensors. Trial representative low, typical and dense loads. Place product sensors at qualified points without blocking plates or air movement.

Under the same route and conditioning, compare temperature records, openings and lid closure.

Document the result

Record the approved loading diagram, open spaces, dividers, filler used and measurement results.

Consider that a different model or packaging may change the result.

The aim is not to fill every space but to preserve a tested arrangement.

Show loading instructions to each shift and reassess changes.
