Ice-pack performance does not belong to the pack alone; container, load, conditioning and route must be measured together. First confirm the product limit for the decision.

Fix the test conditions

Record plate article and conditioning, container model, load quantity and starting condition, ambient conditions and test start time.

Choose measurement locations. Use product or suitable representative points under product instructions. Label air, container-surface and product readings separately.

Represent the actual route

Log stops, lid openings, waits and handover sequence. Report when and where the product leaves its defined acceptance condition.

Keep comparisons fair

When testing a plate, container or layout change, hold other conditions constant. Assess different ambient conditions and loads separately.

Use results within scope

A single trial describes only that setup. Revalidate test and acceptance conditions for a new model, load or route.
