After an earthquake, roads and delivery points can change quickly. Base the plan on confirmed safe access and brief handoff records rather than fixed assumptions.
Identify products at receipt
Record donated or procured food by type, lot, packaging and known transport history. If required conditions or records are unclear for chilled products, segregate the lot and seek a quality decision; do not mix it with shelf-stable goods.
Keep point and handoff records
For each dispatch, note departure time, quantity, planned point and recipient. If a route closes, confirm a new point with the coordinator and recipient; return undelivered loads to a designated location with condition records.
