A plate's phase point alone does not describe the load's transport temperature or performance across a route. A frozen-product decision needs the product requirement and the exact container configuration.

Match product requirements to the part

Write down the transport target from the product or buyer specification. Keep plate code, phase point, container model, plate placement and applicable conditioning instructions for that model together in the order record.

Validate with a representative load

With the actual packaging and loading pattern, record product temperature at appropriate points during loading and delivery. Match logger traces with lid events and stops; do not use the plate phase-point record as a substitute for product measurement.

If readings or product requirements conflict, refer product disposition to the quality owner. Retain the approved configuration and measurements for the next order.
