At a large site, the canteen and work points may be far apart. Confirm shift changes, access restrictions, receiving locations and routes with the site coordinator first.
Group points by shift and route order; plan delivery time, product group, container count and receiving unit for each stop. Do not assume powered equipment or open holding is allowed where site rules prohibit it.
Select container type, heating or cooling needs and power access from product and site procedures. If power is used, confirm the connection point and responsible person in advance.
At handover, record container ID, batch or menu, time, recipient and package condition. Track empty returns, washing and readiness for reuse in the same inventory record.
After the round, review delays, missed deliveries, returns and container losses by location and shift. Adjust routing from your records; do not invent waiting or food-safety durations.
