A trade-fair demonstration shows how equipment is handled, but it does not by itself verify technical specifications or performance at your operation. First record the displayed model and configuration, then separate what still needs verification.
Make safe physical checks. With permission, open and close the lid, operate the latch and castors, and fit or remove a detachable shelf or rail. Inspect label, joints and cleaning access on the sample; do not force it or load-test equipment not set up for that purpose.
Request documents and a field trial. Get the full model code, displayed options and current technical drawing. Match claims about dimensions, load limits, insulation or plate fit to written documentation; then request a pilot with your load, route and staff.
Keep photographs with stand name, model, configuration and observation notes. Compare alternatives using the same criteria after quotations and pilot results arrive.
