Track customs administration separately from the product's transport condition. Confirm the procedure for an extension, missing document or inspection with the broker and competent authority; do not infer product disposition from the paperwork timetable.

Record where the wait occurs and why. Log the delay notice time, current process status, vehicle or bonded-warehouse location and contact. Obtain the carrier's information on refrigeration unit, power or passive equipment status; record only measured or confirmed facts.

Retain logger profiles, alarms, loading and delivery times by product and lot. Leave comparison with current product label and acceptance criteria to the authorized quality lead. Do not apply one safe waiting duration or re-chilling decision to every product.

Authorize intervention and communication. Notify consignee, carrier and broker under one event reference and assign the next update owner. Move the load, open a container or intervene in equipment only when bonded-site and customs instructions permit; file the permission source, decision and resulting measurement.
