The 45°C headline is a planning scenario, not a claim about observed or current weather. Verify the forecast and field conditions before an actual dispatch.
Collect dispatch-day inputs
Record forecast source and time, route stops, time in sun and product requirements. A forecast does not replace vehicle-surface or product-temperature readings.
Plan loading and waiting
Measure time at the dock, in the vehicle and at delivery. Agree changes to shade, loading time or stop order with the receiver and operations team.
Test equipment with the real load
Follow model preparation instructions and place the product-zone sensor correctly. Record route, load, openings and ambient readings on one timeline.
Reassess when conditions change. If actual weather differs from the forecast or trial conditions, do not treat the old run as a capacity guarantee. Follow product acceptance procedures and consult an authorised owner on deviations.
