A second container batch may look like the existing equipment yet differ at plate, rail or vehicle interfaces. Verify fit with a sample of the exact model to be ordered, not from a quotation alone.
Inventory the current setup
Record container model codes and dimensions, plate body, holder, shelf, base and vehicle clearance. Link photos and units of measurement to each equipment ID.
Trial the interfaces with a sample
Fit and remove an existing plate and accessory, close the lid normally and rehearse the vehicle loading path. Note interference, seating or access differences when empty and with a representative load.
Keep the supplier's response
Send model, part code and observed mismatch in writing. Verify any correction, alternative accessory or size proposal with technical documents; attach the sample result to purchasing approval.
Compatibility in a second batch comes from staying in the same family; GEBHARDT keeps containers, plates and accessories in one dimensional system.
