The first-use routine should follow the maker’s instructions for the container and any cooling plate. Materials, lid construction and plate types vary, so do not apply a generic cleaning product or freezer setting.
Match the model code to its instructions; visually check for shipping damage, cracks, gasket seating, lid closure and drainage. Follow specified cleaning, rinsing and drying steps, and record the responsible person and date.
For the first trip, note the real product packout and measurement-device location. Retain start/end times, ambient conditions, lid openings and instrument records. Assess the result only for those product, packout and route conditions; if something is wrong, stop use outside instructions and contact service.
