Hold time is not determined by model name alone. Starting temperature, load, eutectic plate type and placement, ambient conditions and lid openings all affect the result.
GEBHARDT reports up to 24 hours of uninterrupted cold chain for certain suitable Isotec arrangements. This is not a guarantee for every load; match the model and conditions to the manufacturer's documentation.
The phrase suitable arrangement says the container does not work on its own: plates, rails and freezing racks are part of the curve too. GEBHARDT makes those parts in the same programme as the Isotec body.
Test the longest normal route with the actual product or equivalent thermal load and usual plate arrangement. Put a logger in the product zone and set target limits before starting. Record deliveries and lid openings too.
Review the test when load, plate layout or route changes.
