The route rehearsal should examine workflow and timing, not test how long a product tolerates temperature conditions. Choose a safe noncommercial inert load and appoint an operations owner before the trial.
Do not simulate an actual failure, switch off cooling, or violate a product procedure. Timestamp preparation, loading, waiting, stops, and handovers during a normal shift.
Record test-load shape, mass, and arrangement; do not assume it is thermally equivalent to food or medicine. Quality or technical staff should approve the plan for any required measurement points and instruments.
Report total round time, each waiting cause, work per handoff, and deviations or missing records. Temperature decisions or commercial acceptance require suitable validation and product-owner approval.
