Air and product-core sensors may respond differently; the lag depends on product, packaging, load and conditions. Do not estimate it from a duration measured for another product.
For a trial, record route or storage conditions, product lot, packaging, starting state and load. Run the air sensor and a representative product-core measurement on the same time base.
Document probe location and how the product is represented. If a probe cannot be inserted into saleable goods, get quality and product-owner approval for a suitable sample or validated method.
Compare air and core curves on one timeline and report the lag for this setup. Reassess the trial if product size, packaging, starting conditions or loading changes.
Do not infer product acceptance or release from the curves alone during an excursion. Follow the applicable product instructions and authorized quality assessment.
