A cold outdoor condition does not mean every product has the same freezing sensitivity. First verify the storage limit for the SKU or lot from its label, technical sheet and operating procedure.
Locate the coldest route points
Link readings to loading, door-side positions, long waits and delivery. Use product readings or an approved representative load; keep device, location, time, product ID and ambient conditions together.
Test packout against the product condition
Assess a closed insulated setup using the permitted product starting condition and any coolant specified by the supplier. Do not treat unmeasured protection in winter conditions as a guaranteed duration.
