A short drive from a wholesale market does not show waiting and loading time. A small shop collecting its own goods can track the full flow with timestamps and product measurements.

Organize the collection order

Sequence product groups and stops around the delivery plan. Collect products requiring cold storage as late in the trip as practical and take them directly to suitable storage.

Record waiting and temperature

Log purchase time, end of loading, extra stops, and arrival. Measure product temperature at dispatch and arrival using the same approved method; follow the product specification.

Choose a container for the workflow. Consider load size, packaging, securing in the vehicle, and receiving space. Follow model instructions for insulation or cold sources and trial the container with the product.

Decide from the records

If there is a delay or temperature difference, check which stop or activity it matches. Do not set a general time limit or equipment requirement from one measurement.
