How to show a customer delivery evidence

Share product conditions, where readings were taken and any deviation record. Match every figure shown to the actual shipment and measurement point.

Short answer

Present the product's written transport conditions, shipment ID and where and when readings were taken. Share only verified records; do not treat one reading as proof for the whole route. If a deviation occurs, document the affected lot, decision and customer notification.

Start with the product specification or authorized handling instruction. Identify the lot, date, measurement point and instrument in any shipment record you share.

Describe a handover reading as evidence for that point only. If readings cover the route, show the record interval and deviations too; do not guarantee an unmeasured stage.

Agree on the customer's required format in advance. For a deviation, document affected product, decision and notification time, then use the same facts in the customer report.
