Multiple products on a groupage vehicle does not prove their transport conditions are compatible. Decide using product instructions, compartment design, and actual route records.

Compare product requirements

For each product, check transport instructions, packaging, segregation, and delivery acceptance criteria.

Design physical separation. Use suitable compartments or separate insulated containers; assess airflow and contact risks for the configuration.

A vehicle setpoint alone does not prove product compatibility.

Run a route trial

Monitor each compartment or container under representative load and route conditions.

Record stops, transfers, door openings, and unloading times.

Review results against product criteria

Compare each product’s records with its own instructions and acceptance conditions.

If limits are exceeded or mix-up risk appears, change the setup and refer product disposition to the authorized quality process.

Without validation, do not combine the product groups in the same groupage load.
