Plate contents depend on the model and product; do not label one plate's fluid as harmful or harmless for all products. Find its label and current SDS. If leakage is visible, segregate the plate and potentially affected load and open an incident record.

Record lot and plate ID, position in the container, possible contact with food, packaging or only the container surface, and observation time. Mark an unknown contact path as unknown; do not try to identify the fluid by smell or touch.

Follow SDS handling and spill instructions together with site procedure. Do not choose a cleaning chemical or rinse method yourself. Obtain written guidance from your supplier and quality/food-safety owner, making separate decisions on equipment cleanup and affected product use.
